Petland

This location is the only privatley owned petland and i feel that they have a better level of customer service compared to all other Petlands but the mark-up on product is outrageous! I can buy the same product for half the price at Petsmart on many occasions.

i was a fairly reg customer at the sunridge petland in calgary, but in the past year or so i notice that the store in my eyes has gone downhill i use to walk into the store and enjoy dealing with the staff, and famialiar faces and they have all sort of disappeared like they did a clearout of everyone. i walk in there now and that comfort level is gone so i haven't felt the need to go where the customer service isn't
