the staff are all knowledgeable and very friendly. they even helped me with my pet by researching extra information for me. always smiling and they treat their pets with the best of care. i often see them int he back playing with puppies, walking around with some critter on their shoulder or in their hand. so clean it doesnt even smell like a pet store. nothing but good compliments for medicine hat petland from me.
