Small, but inviting, the owner( at least i think she is) was very helpful and was not as much of a sales person as one would find in other small fish shops. pricing of hardware was AMAZING! she blew her much larger competitors out of the water:-). so all in all a great experience, got what i needed, for less than i expected. Would go back for sure!
