I became a social worker because the principles and values of social work connect with my own values. I believe every human being has the capacity to heal. I see myself as an agent of change partnering with the individual to reach their potential while respecting their dignity, rights and worth. With over 34 years of experience, my areas of expertise include emergency psychiatry, crisis intervention, risk assessments, and general mental health. When I am not working, I enjoy volunteering at my local church, cooking, reading and spending time with my family.
