When we lived in Toronto, before we moved to our farm we boarded our Newf here, the north york location- several times when she was elderly.I paid a bit more for her to have individualized attention in a senior area and she did. She was fine when she came home except for one time out of 5 she had kennel cough.TO a healthy dog it is no more than a cold virus. This is a family run business and tho it may look like an industrial site, it is well run and no animals are ever neglected. In fact the attendants do a lot extra. It is a commercial kennel but yes indeed they do care for every dog.

-ladies in the front desk were rude, grumpy and dirty looking.
-my dog came back smelly, dehydrated, with a limp and sick with "kennel cough"
-they did NOT supply my dog with the treats i left, what so ever, and the blanket they let us bring in for his kennel " so he feels more at home " wasnt even used ! it was folded in the bag just like i brought it in, it just looked like someone stepped on it to make it look used... ?
-and your dog is only taken out 3 times a day if you dont pay for leashwalks and playyards.

THE WEST HILL LOCATION IS UNPROFESSIIONAL, UNSANITARY, and if you have your dogs best interest in mind, STAY AWAY
