From the moment I met Woody from sales at their office, I had an amazing experience. I told him my budget, and he showed me several slabs in my price range. He stayed true to my budget, and I found a slab I absolutely love!

He gave me an estimate based on my measurements, and I agreed to go ahead. The final price was based on their specialist who came to my house to get precise measurements. Brian (who measured the template) was incredible! He used a computer with laser accuracy probes at every bend, corner, and edge of my existing countertop. It wasn’t just a tape measure. This made my revised estimate after the measurements way lower than before. Honesty is the best policy!

The installation was smooth and everything fit perfectly. I’m sorry I forgot the crew leader’s name, but he kept me in the loop about their progress and there were no issues. The countertops look incredible!

All appointments, from meeting with Woody, taking the template measurements, and installation, were on time. There were no last-minute changes. I highly recommend Crowe Custom Countertops.

I’m in the midst of installing new tile wall backsplash so posting pictures will have to wait.

I am so happy I chose Crowe Custom Countertops for my kitchen. I shopped at another company's design center first, but had great difficulty getting a quote (I don't think they took me seriously). From the beginning, Nathalia was very responsive and incredibly helpful. She was on top of every detail. Crowe's quote was about $2000 less than the other company, but their work was perfect. I will recommend them to friends and family and will definitely go back when I'm ready to replace my bathroom counter tops.

Our designer referred us to the Gwinnett office of Crowe’s. Nathan Huber worked with us to get a beautiful piece of Dolce Vita marble for our bathroom counter and tub. Nathan personally went to the stone supplier and inspected the marble slab that came from Italy before we committed to purchase it, and then helped us pick out edge finishes. The Crowe’s craftsman did a wonderful cut and install and then came back out to make sure everything was smooth after install. We enjoyed working with them.

We contacted Crowe Customs when remodeling our kitchen and the service was outstanding. Maria was the seller that helped us and she was very knowledgeable and patient! The guys that installed the quartz did an excellent job. Overall we had a great experience!

We are in love with our new countertops! Jairo was amazing in showing me all of the beautiful options at their showroom. I fell in love with the Taj Mahal quartzite, and in less than 2 weeks, we had new countertops fully installed. Jairo's team was quick to come measure our space and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The installation was a breeze and everything was clean and professionally done. The staff at Crowe Custom Countertops was wonderful! Dan Harper was patient and helpful in guiding us toward beautiful slabs which worked within our budget. Mark Flores created an absolutely amazing layout of the slabs we selected, ensuring that the countertops and backsplashes would work together beautifully. Finally, the installation crew did a superb job of assembling the pieces into a stunning whole. The result is beautiful, and we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen!

My countertops look great! From the time the crew came out to measure, everything was done very efficiently and professionally. Woody was very easy to work with in the showroom and helped me pick out the perfect look. The installers were so careful, laying down a covering on my floor and even sweeping and cleaning up when they finished. We were doing a complete kitchen restoration after a tree hit our home. It was through an Insurance claim so it was a long drawn out process. My contact person throughout was Jacquie. The workers who installed the countertops were great. All were professional and we are happy with the results. As far as pricing, I would say they are mid range. But their wide selection of countertops. workmanship, and professionalism were top notch.
