Galaxy Smiles for Kids

The doctor and staff are great. They are efficient, caring, and informative. He made sure our daughter got her dental care in the right setting that was most comfortable for her.

Every time I bring my kids the experience is a great one! I thought it was going to be a one time thing, but I ended up transferring care for both kids! The Doctor is the BEST! He is so empathetic with the boys, I honestly dont think the youngest was aware he was having the extractions done. The support staff is also very nice and I appreciate that they are bilingual ☺️.

Galaxy Smiles is an outstanding place for kids to get their teeth cleaned- and any other procedures. They’re all super patient and put my 5 year old, that previously had anesthesia and was very scared of dentist (other place) for quite awhile. She felt comfortable the whole time and wanted to even come back! Thank you, Galaxy Dental!

My son is 3 and has 6 cavities. We were able to get him in right away and they were very informative the whole process. They treated him great, there’s toys and movies and really sweet to my son. I had a harder time than he did because they were just so awesome with him. Highly recommended and will continue to bring him here with how great they are with him. So far he has 1 cap now and has a couple more fillings to go!

This was our first visit and we loved it! The staff is super patient and welcoming. My kids felt comfortable, and the dentist explained everything in a way they could understand. The office is clean, fun, they have free beverages and there's kid movies playing throughout the whole office.

Best experience we have had yet! Got us in quickly and took care of us thoughtfully, thoroughly and professionally! So kind and caring, very great work we will be back for all the kids to get their dental care taken care of. Thank you so much!

We normally have great experiences here even after we moved away from the area we still kept coming back and drove an hour away because we thought highly of galaxy smiles. My 4 year old just recently had some work done and he didn’t have the best of experiences i noticed the next day that his lip was extremely cracked in the corner and the top lip by cupids bow like the thing they put in his mouth to keep his mouth open while they were working was not comfortable I did notice he kept trying to touch and pull at that area they just kept laughing him off. At one point I also noticed that they might not have let him numb up long enough he was already moving his hands like he was in distress he was a little loopy from the laughing gas so I didn’t think too much of it since I thought they knew what they were doing and have done such great jobs on my other kids my son was actually excited to go back after his first check up but after this last appointment when he got some fillings and crowns not so much he says he doesn’t like them anymore and they hurt his tooth and now his poor lips are cracked at the corners very badly and his top lip I am very disappointed and saddened I thought we had found our spot and they took great care of us seems like they were trying to rush through my 4 year olds son appointment and didn’t take the time to make sure he was okay and just laughed him off because of the laughing gas when in reality he was in pain and discomfort. I asked my 10 year old if she ever had a problem with them hurting her teeth and she said yes it’s hurt while they have been drilling before and she was too scared to speak up. Maybe they need to be letting these kids numb some more before working and let them know if they feel anything they should not be scared to say anything. We won’t be back.
Side note; everyone has always had great attitudes and bed side manners besides the front desk ladies they always have a rude weird attitude one more than the other. Take your chances here.

Galaxy smiles for kids is awesome! The entrance is very welcoming and kid friendly- my daughter loves playing with the toys and books on the table. The dental assistant who brought us back was super nice and friendly- she helped my daughter get comfortable on the table and made her less nervous. And they also have tv’s above the chairs for kids to watch during their exams, which was a great distraction. Once the Dentist came in, him and the assistant worked super fast on my daughter. After they finished with my daughters procedure, they gave her tokens to use in a toy machine, which she loves! We definitely recommend Galaxy Smiles for Kids! And we will continue to come back

OMG! Dr.Prathip and the entire team were absolutely amazing!!! The fact that you can feel the consideration, concern and confidence from every one of them was stunning! We just relocated here from Missouri so we were a little hesitant about coming let along being excepted by the Dr and team. Boy did they blow us away! We have 5 kids and have been to two visits so far, so far they already know our kids and how to approach them to make them comfortable in receiving the work…. CHOOSE “GALAXY SMILES FOR KIDS”!!!! You will not regret it! Tell them the Lewis family sent yall!!!

Very calm and inviting environment, plenty of movies to distract the kids while they’re being checked out. Helpful and kind staff throughout willing to answer all my questions. Great experience overall

These doctors are so sweet. I have major motivation issues when it comes to brushing my teeth and it's always a big shame issue for me. These doctors didn't make me feel guilty about it for one second. I might actually have the motivation now that the shame isn't enforced. Love this place 🫶

Great experience for my kids! The staff was very friendly and the dentist took his time to show us their X-rays and explain everything in great detail. They even did well with my 2 year old. All 3 of my kids left happy!

My daughter walked in all happy . There was toys very kid friendly they greeted us as soon as we walked . My daughter had to do x rays and they completely made her comfortable. They kept saying good job princess. She was super shy at first but then was able to do her appointment . The atmosphere is amazing I highly recommend.

Today my daughter had her first appointment with Galaxy Smiles. She needed to get her tooth looked at after losing one of her crowns. They gave me the best treatment for her to make sure her tooth didn’t start hurting or cause an infection! I would definitely recommend this place with small children. Also it’s space themed!

The staff is so kind and thoughtful. Makes my husband and I want to sit in the chair to be seen. All seriousness what a wonderful team and truly the best for our kids. Highly recommend going to them.

Dr Siva was absolutely a God send after the experience we had at Trinity Dental. His staff was above superb. They worked genuinely to provide an amazing environment for my 8 year old who is hyper sensitive and High anxiety. This will be our home dentist for years to come. God bless them at Galaxy!

Today was my first day here with my 3 kids. I completely love it I would really recommend it if you have kids. My kids felt so comfortable and my oldest said “WE NEED TO COME BACK”. The doctor was very professional but there’s a warmth to him it feels like a very welcoming environment. The staff are super sweet and professional as well you can tell they know what they’re doing. But what was most impressive to me was that the doctor really wants the kids to keep their teeth. 😂
What I mean by that is that some doctors are fast on teeth removal but this doctor seems to really care about the kids and their teeth. 🦷 I know my comment seems weird but I’ve been to so many places and it’s always like we need to remove the teeth for further damage and so on. Honestly i really recommend this place if you want to be at a good place where they actually care about those tiny teeth.

We had such an amazing experience! The doctor was fun and playful and made my daughter laugh. She didn’t even notice she was getting shots. It nice, clean, and very professional. Maybe too good… I think she might enjoy going to the dentist now ; )

We had trouble with the insurance this morning and the receptionist got it all figured out so I didn’t have to worry. I would definitely recommend!

The dental assistants were all so kind and great with my son. The receptionist went above and beyond to answer all my insurance questions I had. The doctor was amazing. He gave me multiple options for treatment. And his top priority was to ensure my son had a pleasant experience and not make him nervous.
