WATERLOO REGION TOWING

So surprised to see so many 5 star reviews, has to be from family and friends, or fake accounts. My accident was 2.5 months ago, and I am only now getting my vehicle back, partly due to the fact this tow company wouldn't release my vehicle to insurance. They were NOT the tow company that were sent to the accident scene by the police, but showed up ahead of them (I assume they have scanners listening for accidents) and I didn't know until the other tow driver showed up and was angry. They took my vehicle and then wouldn't release it for almost 3-4 weeks, at which point I was asking my insurance company to involve lawyers to force them to release it. I'm only leaving a 2 star and not 1 star, because they happened to be polite and courteous as part of their scamming. The tow driver literally lied to the other tow truck driver and myself, saying that he was the one the police sent. I had never been in an accident needing a tow before, and had no idea how scammy the tow industry was. Avoid if you can help it.

this is one of the best towing services that I have ever gotten. They were prompt. They were timely. They were cautious and so so understanding I cannot think them enough. I highly recommend them 1000% good job guys.
