Susan is wonderful and knows the cats she takes care of very well. The cats are given plenty of space and more out of cage time than any other place I know.
I have recommended Cats-R-Us to many people and they all have become regular customers.

Have gone to Cats-R-Us for years. Susan is great - she loves cats and has a way with even the most difficult feline...when I come to pick up my cat I can see she is happy as sometimes she doesn't want to leave! The cats each get their chance to romp around a safe enclosed yard as well if they so desire.
My precious pooch vacationed here from November 12-Nov 26 and I couldn't have been more pleased.The staff took wonderful care of him,he didn't even want to come home ,he had so much fun! Thank you so much. He will be back.
