I worked for them for a few years the worst agency you could have the bad luck of finding. Completely unorganized and if you don't believe me test them and try them out they will lose your application or send the wrong information no communication between the employees just a absolute joke even being employed thru them I had sick time hours avaliable that showed up on the pay stubs but because I switched assignments with a new job I wasn't able to use them... just save your time go somewhere else or go ahead and try them and you will either be told no positions for anything or to come down waste your gas and time for a bogus orientation that will translate to no work and time wasted. Just change the business name or something at this point.

I was sent to an assignment and worked the entire ten hour shift to be informed that the work was slow and I was laid off on my first day this company is not professional they send you to jobs that are slow

Don't waste your time with this agency they're complete liars. I go in apply for a couple of jobs with them they say they have open. I go in the next following morning for orientation and a drug screening. And they say we'll call you once everything clears. It's been over two weeks now. I called last week to follow up if my documents have passed. Don't go there they lie to you and waste your time. There are lots of bad reviews like this be aware.

One of the girls there said they had a job for me and would call me back. Never got a callback and literally wasted my time. There is no way there is 600 good reviews, they are using bots and fake accounts to give themselves good ratings. They will try and get you to sign up so they can meet their quotas. Its just a scam. Go to Partners Personnel or Kimco instead (not the kimco in Redlands though).

Went in to orientation watched safty videos took a drug test it took an hour and waited for my start date. They said position where postponed. 👎

Our experience with Protech Staffing has been highly disappointing. We hired a staff member through them for a critical task—shearing 100 sheets of 48x144 electro-galvanized material—and the results were completely out of square. This oversight is glaring, as industry standards demand rigorous inspection of parts, especially after initial production, to ensure quality. Adherence to Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) is expected for any professional in manufacturing, yet this basic practice was evidently ignored.

The total loss due to this error amounted to over $17,000 (as per the attached purchase order), with additional costs incurred for replacement materials. Not only did this delay our project, but it also raised serious concerns about the qualifications and training of individuals provided by Protech Staffing.

Manufacturers beware—do not rely on Protech Staffing if you require employees with even basic manufacturing competencies. This experience has taught us to be extremely cautious when vetting staffing agencies, as Protech’s lack of quality assurance has had costly consequences for our business.

Horrible company when I tried switching shifts because I had seen the conditions on second shift were worse than first shift where they prioritized fans and switching tasks to give the people doing harder tasks a break they were treated way better… and I seen they had an opening on indeed yet they knew no one liked second shift so they kept me there and kept saying an opening was taken… complete non sense no one likes working Monster second shift… they just do it for the hours… found a better job not even a week later going to really appreciate this opportunity thanks to the horrendous way they treat staff there. First shift is a cake walk compared to second… and the machine is always needing repair so they expect employees to make up for it… how about prioritizing repairing the machine correctly… and giving second shift at least 2 fans. Goodluck.

Protech Staffing is a great agency! They have an amazing easy to get to office. There agents are professional and really care about getting there clients employed. I thought I lost my opportunity when I found out the assignment I originally applied for didn’t accept felons, but Miss Jailene Gomez still managed to find me an assignment the same day!

My Recruiter was cool. She told me to come the same day for a job interview tmw and I was hired literally the next day. She was honest and very straight forward. I believe her name was Angelica Miranda. If you are not hired dont take it on them because you lack the skills necessary for the job. Is the work company making that decision.

A position I applied for supposedly said hiring multiple clients. Already had an application with them. Angelica said that she'll send my resume to them. No response called 3 times, she couldn't even talk to me, then the last girl tells me that position is already gone. Had me on the run around. Very unprofessional. Seems like they just want to meet their quotas signing people up. Waste of time with this agency. Go to an agency that actually helps because this is not it.

I usually would give this place a higher scores but one person. Maria had an attitude when I ask for my w2. She said something about me being sarcastic. First off I'm a grown man and can say what I feel but I didn't say anything sarcastic by asking for a W2. I my be registered to work for your company but I that doesn't mean you are gonna speak to me disrespectful. If you don't like your job I'm sorry but don't take it out on anyone else.

These girls are amazing!... Jackie, Christine, Liz and rest of crew really go above and beyond; personally my experience was great and as I sat there in the lobby saw them treat everyone with courtesy, they are a really down to earth and helpful...I recommend this agency for anyone looking for employment!👍.
