Since reading the reviews, I decided to post one myself. My husband and I collectors. And saw that this store happened to sell "Popmart Authentic Labubus" and for a around the price others were selling them for. However, upon receiving the item and unboxing - complete disappointment. Not only did the box not come with the name card, the "labubu" itself was a really bad knock-off. Not even a high quality replica.
I am glad others have voiced their experience. It's not okay to be false advertising and then not take accountability. It's one thing if they were honest and upfront, and did not sell it at high price for a bad replica.
Will never order from them again.

Bought a labubu from here and it was a knockoff. Called to discuss and was told they know they’re knock offs and that’s why they’re final sale. Seems pretty shitty to be advertising the real thing while knowing it’s a fake.
This store might look sketchy from the outside but it’s very welcoming and nice inside. I don’t understand why the windows are covered and they don’t just let you see inside the store, that will make people more likely to come in. Was impressed by the large selection of candy, lots of international snacks! Many popular Japanese snacks and weird flavours! Was pretty pricy but that’s expected of a specialized candy store. They have the chickfila sauces! They also had unique cereals in the back. Was very fun to walk around, great place to find gifts for candy/snack lovers! Parking is not easily available in this area, some on 10th or side streets, specifically with the constructions can’t always find parking near Cambie.

After noticing some weird taste and structure I decided to check the expiration date and was shocked.
They even tried to hide the original date.

Many options here and it’s a clean store but you will always be charged different amounts of $ for the same product. It depends who’s serving you. They will also insist, numerous times, that you add a tip.

The store is crazy cool. All the items in the store are not to be found elsewhere. The selection of drinks, candies and chips are exceptional. They also have tons of smoke products and accessories very affordable.

Be careful, prices of multiple products do not match the prices at the till. This reflects scamful practices by the business when discreetly overcharging customers.
Watch what they charge at the register. Definitely don't honor the prices shown for products. Many items are magically more expensive as others have said.

Went in last week and ehh could be better. The selections are nice and some stuff is reasonably priced, but by the time they ring up it’s ringing up $2-$5more than what they have labeled… like what??
I told the guy and he even came over to see the labels for himself. He made up some excuse for the chips not being the right bag size (even though they were in the small section).
For some cookies he matched up the price cause the label was right smack on the boxes rather below the shelf.
Had some attitude as he was ringing up again and then began speaking different language to his coworker who kept eyeing me as they talked.
