Craftsman Custom Home Builders did a great job building our new home! When researching prospective builders, the one thing that stood out from the rest was the communication and responsiveness to our questions and concerns from initial contact to project completion. I found the task of picking out the interior colors and fixtures overwhelming but having the showroom and interior designer on site to assist you with your choices made it much easier. My husband and I were told the time frame from breaking ground to completion would be 9-12 months. Our home was completed ahead of schedule (approx. 6 months) and Charity kept us updated and informed throughout the entire build. Even after moving in, we found a few issues that required attention and Charity worked quickly to resolve those issues. We are very pleased with the finished result. Overall, we would recommend Craftsman for building your home based on their skilled work and professionalism!

The showroom is filled with displays to help your visions come to life. Charity is knowledgeable, hardworking, and a joy to encounter. The construction manager has years of experience. He is easy going and works to ensure your home is build as you desire.

Charity and her team have been absolutely incredible to my wife and I. We love all the way in Arizona and are building in VA with her and her company, and she has been so flexible and accommodating with us. Since we can’t be in person for everything, she has gone above and beyond and has FaceTimed us so we could pick out all of our stuff for our house, sends pictures whenever we ask, and answers all of our questions and is on top of everything! I will start out by saying this company is first class. The owner not only has a degree in design, but she cares about every home and customer as if she were building her own dream home. Charity takes all of your dream ideas, desires, and wants and implements them into the build. Charity, and her team are easy to work with, and deliver extremely happy customers every time. I've seen every home she has designed over the past 5 years, and all of them have been amazing with extremely happy home owners. Craftsman Custom Home Builders in Lynchburg really have worked hard to make the process as enjoyable as possible. They did a great job in getting us started, made sure that we understood exactly what we will have at COA time, went carefully through all steps, phases, materials, fixtures, placements, made sure we would get exactly what we are wanting to see. Plenty of great communications in process, not to mention patience in dealing with the 1001 questions we keep having, were/are willing to work with us to let us provide some of our items ourselves (mostly appliances that we really wanted to do ourselves). Great, easy to understand design center and options! The subcontractors thus far have all proven their quality, speed, courteousness, and how very helpful they have been as well. So far, Craftsman as a group have checked every box that I have on my bucket list quite well - great quality on the site.. in all the right places! If you are looking to build, and haven't given these great guys (and gals) a try.. go and talk with them.. We think you will be pleasantly surprised!
