They were very professional, timely, and had great recourses for woman who want to keep their pregnancy! They also have resources for adoption or abortion. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. Thank you for such great service!

Ok so where do I start ? Let’s start from beginning to finish! Starting from they're absolutely walk-in friendly! Ms. Wendy is at the front desk, and was very helpful, clear on directions. Just extremely nice ! And she also gave the father of my child , a doctors note to excuse him from work for his presence and support! Next, Ms.Susan showed so much concern, she asked so many questions that only showed care before going to the free pregnancy confirmation step! Then, I met the lovely nurse named Monica , omg she kept me smiling, confident, happy, and even more sure to keep my child. She was very nonjudgmental. She gave me so many free resources and advise ! I wasn’t able to get the name of the lady that took my sonogram, but she made me feel comfortable as well. Every single person was just welcoming, i felt so loved like a big supportive family 💕I recommend for first time moms ! All services are free ! Pleaseeee go here !! The atmosphere is amazing!

I tired so many places in Baltimore. But this was the only place that let me come with being so far along and also without having to have a referral. The women that work here are all very kind and knowledgeable. They helped me get started and give me resources so I knew where to look. I appreciate them for everything they did thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff took good care of me, were very welcoming And made me feel comfortable from the start. They gave me all the information I needed. I truly appreciate their support And highly recommend this place.

Interesting that this place is called “options” but they give women no option BUT to carry and birth a child, wanted or unwanted.
They work under the disguise of providing care but they really are an anti-abortion and anti-contraception clinic. As a women you have 0 reproductive rights within this “clinic”
This is TERRIBLE to see here in Maryland.

This place was so awesome. I called options in the morning and was seen an hour later. Jackie delivered on everything she promised and we were so happy with our service. Thank God for options

Everybody is welcoming EXCEPT THE RECEPTIONIST. She is very rude and hung up before I got finished talking. I do not like her and she doesn’t not represent Options in the way I feel Options should be represented. I wish people who don’t like customer service STOP applying for jobs that deal with the public . She don’t even know what people have been through and she can be seriously hurt out here by being disrespectful to the wrong person.

Today was a great day because of Wendy, Liliana, Kate, and Kelly. I came in confused, scared, and sad but these ladies made me feel welcomed, seen, heard, and special. They answered all my questions and more. They were very polite, professional, empathetic and compassionate. I have never met people like them; they serve the public with such grace and humility and I’m so grateful for them. Thank you, Wendy, Liliana, Kate, Kelly, and the entire staff; You’re God-sent.

I had a wonderful experience for the two free ultrasounds that I was able to get before my insurance was active. I really appreciate the staff in being professional, kind and compassionate. They made me feel like a family. They provide many free resources from conception onwards. You will not regret coming here. I would not have a second choice and would love everyone to experience the awesome customer experience. The rep even asked if she can pray for me and my pregnancy. That made it the most beautiful medical appointment ever. 🥲
