Once I arrived, they personally accompanied me to every single appointment, making the entire process completely stress-free. Before surgery, I also went to TreVita for stem cell therapy to help heal my body and prepare it for surgery — and once again, Fernando and Fernanda arranged everything seamlessly. They truly do it all.

My surgeon, Dr. Hurtado Vidal is outstanding. He is professional, highly experienced, and incredibly thorough. Every test and pre-operative concern was carefully addressed to ensure the best possible outcome. His precision and skill resulted in little to no pain, and his kindness and genuine concern for my well-being were evident at every step. I did not feel this level of care or confidence with any of the doctors I consulted with in the United States. It has only been one week since surgery, and I already feel absolutely amazing.

The entire TreVita experience is incredibly well-organized. You simply fly in, and from that moment on, you are taken care of. The drivers are wonderful, the vehicles are clean and comfortable, and airport pickup is effortless. They checked me into the Quartz Hotel, which is beautiful — clean, modern, close by, and staffed with kind, welcoming people.

Trevita medical tourism was a great experience. From the beginning they were very responsive and personable. They made an effort to understand what I wanted and help me achieve that. They always followed up very quickly with any requests I had. When it came to going to Mexico, they texted me with who would be picking me up and kept me updated on instructions. My driver Mauricio was interesting and kept me occupied during the drive with his knowledge about things to do in Mexico. The surgeon was kind, experienced, and easy to communicate with. I'm so thankful to have found Trivita! Weight loss surgery has been something that has been on my radar for a few years now. I have struggled with my weight since my teens. This was the best experience ever. They have been so amazing! Every step of the way. From pre op questions to post op questions. Amazing! I have been sharing my journey with so many people and they are right there with any questions I can't answer for my friends and family. I use Trevino because they seem like a very nice and very willing to help and just easy on all the information coming to you. I got there and I had somebody picking me up and let me know who they were what kind of car they drove and everything we went over to the hospital somebody met me there we took care of the lab work waiting for my next driver took me to the the hotel in somebody else met me there. It was a very good experience everybody was so nice and sweet and caring I've never had that kind of experience in a hospital before I would definitely recommend them

From the first call to my first follow-up appointment this week everything has been amazing. They provide continuous communication throughout the entire process. I was incredibly worried about making the decision for a while but once I arrived to the facility and met the team I felt at ease. Dr. Sandy and her team were awesome from start to finish and prior to the surgery Dr. Sandy could sense my nerves and talked me through the process and really made me feel at ease. The post op care was top notch as well. I believe the care was as attentive if not better than any experience I have had in my home state. The pre op diet was easy to follow and actually lost 40 pounds in the 8 weeks leading up to the procedure. The post op instructions are clear as well and I am doing well just 10 days out. The hotel complex was a perfect environment for pre and post op with convenient amenities including the garden which I used to get my walking in. My wife really enjoyed all of the dining options, took advantage of the spa for a massage as well as spent time at the pool. Safety and security is what TreVita delivered. Thank you to the team that transported me to get pre op labs, checked us into the hotel, and made sure we arrived back to the airport safely. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and I am sorry I didn’t make this life improving decision sooner.

I had gastric sleeve surgery in Mexico, and I booked it through TreVita. After several years of doing extensive research and talking to friends, I decided to go with TreVita. Everyone was so nice and super helpful! Fernanda and Eliza are the best coordinators! They made everything a breeze, from making sure we had rides to and from the airport, setting everything up with the medical facility, and making sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Despite others’ opinions, Tijuana was not scary at all (although we never ventured out of the medical facility or hotel). Dr. Reyes did my surgery and him and his whole team were amazing! I’m so happy I went with TreVita, 100% would do it all over again!

Speaking of the Quartz Hotel, it was truly amazing. The hotel offered breathtaking views of the city and the mountainside, and the amenities were top-notch. The pool and spa provided a relaxing atmosphere, and having various stores on-site, including a pharmacy, 7/11, and coffee shop, made my stay even more convenient.
