We went into the store looking for a budget carpet for our office. The salesman greeted us and when we explained what we needed, and how soon we needed it,he sarcastically told us to go to Home Depot. What a poor example of an employee. He has zero people skills. I am sorry I stopped in. I wish I could give them a zero rating

They recently installed vinyl plank flooring in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had hardwood floors that needed to be removed, and Coastal Flooring’s crew handled everything — including moving furniture — without damaging a thing. The workers were punctual, respectful, and courteous throughout the entire process.

From the start, the sales team made everything easy and transparent. No pressure, no runaround. They told me exactly what they had, what they offered, and what it would cost. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision — without pushing anything I didn’t want.

I even sent a cheap friend their way. The kind who will walk three miles to save ten cents. On gas. Coastal Flooring still gave him the same great service, helped him find the perfect product for his needs, and offered advice that made the process simple — even for someone who doesn’t usually know where to start.

Coastal flooring came through for us during our remodel. We went to stores as far south as Boynton Beach - but couldn’t find the tile we liked within our budget. We finally decided on two tiles and chose the less expensive one. After the contract was signed their distributor informed them that the tile we chose was no longer available. They informed us and sold us the better tile at the price of the less expensive to. It’s been 6 years - and everyday we are still happy with the choice we made. Coastal flooring came through for us - their customer service was on point and their products are top quality. You won’t be disappointed.

After contacting just about every carpeting business in the area, Coastal Flooring was the only one willing to restretch my bedroom carpeting. Their installer, Murray, is a kind, courteous, and competent man who did a fabulous job quickly, reasonably, and efficiently. This is a true 5-Star company.

Installer knew exactly what needed to be done and within an hour did the job. Helpful in putting furniture back. Highly reccommend.

We visited Coastal Flooring looking for backsplash ideas for our new home. We met with Pete Wildman and we hit upon a tile that was very different tht we licked. We brough home both a gloss and mat finish of the same white color. Pete was very helpful in giving us vertual picture of what the end result may look like. We bounce ideas off of him but in the end the deision was ours and he supported it.
We could not be more pleased wtih the result. The installer was and artist and knew exactly hos to perfectly match the drop in the patern as well as trim around the cabinets and openings.

Coastal Flooring provided the cabinets, counters, flooring and window treatments for my Stuart office and I am extremely happy with the results and customer service.

Sales and installation processes were smooth and professional. The sales consultant spent a lot of time helping me to select the right flooring and determine how best to lay it out. The installers showed up on time and worked all day to tear out the carpet in three bedrooms and replace it with the laminate flooring I had chosen. The end product looks great!

I had the best council and selection from Mike. He was honest, delivered personal services and followed up on our satisfaction. I have observed many facilities where he tutored and gave council to prospective buyers. He is the man at Coastal flooring. Floors are the best in my development that I have observed. Coastal flooring and Design Center Nice products for my home remodel. Next is backsplash I will be ordering something this week. I have purchased a couple of
pantries, vinyl flooring, tile, granite, hardware. One project at a time. Grey ash vinyl. Back to remodeling I didn't like the vinyl, so I switched to large format polished porcelain. New baseboards installed by Coastal flooring and Design center as well now to paint. Coastal floorings design center has a new line of designer wall tile that I have my eye on. Eventually I need to have my shower done glad new materials have arrived.

Amazing !!!!! We had our guest bathroom tiled, floor, walls, shower. Everyone here is terrific. From Vito helping us find our tile, he knew exactly what our family was looking for, to Maggie organizing everything on our time crunch. They get it done here. Mike helped us pick our granite, thank you ! Our house was prepped and cleaned up each day by Luiz, he is incredibly talented. We are grateful for a much needed remodeled guest bathroom !! Thank you !!

Had my back bedroom floors done to match my floors throughout my home which Coastal Flooring did. Excellent work and was done in a timely manner.

We needed a quick install of our countertops because of an event happening in our home. They came to measure ASAP but our island was not completely finished. And inspite of our mistake, they were very professional and kind and were able to help us out.

Using this company for our granite was a big mistake. We had to have the kitchen granite removed and replaced by another company. We had marks all over it and they kept saying they could get them out. They told us they tried a product and it worked. We stopped by the shop yo see the results and they hadn't even opened the product yet. The salesperson Vito wanted nothing to do with us once he received payment. He did not return calls or texts. The owner told us he could get the same granite the next day but then in 2 days we were told it was on backorder. We asked for a refund and they declined. They told us we had to pick another granite from them. We had to threaten suing them to even get a portion our paument back. We had 115 sq ft of kitchen granite installed and 45 sq ft of another in bathrooms. They would only give us back 47% of the payment when it should have been alot more based on 115sq ft temoved due to acid rain marks. See attached pictures. They left after installation as if everything looked great. I would never use this company. If the deal looks too good there is a reason why. Buyer beware!
