While camping at Huntington Beach State Park our furnace would not start and we had a leak from our outdoor shower . We contacted Mayday Mobile RV Repair. They were prompt, ordered parts, and completed the necessary repairs quickly. They also worked with the warranty company for best payment. The entire Mayday Team was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Totally recommend! Well deserved 5 stars!

On January 17 ,2025 i had them come to storage lot to help with my front landing gear on the camper. The tech was there on time, when i showed him the camper and the landing gear he did he his thing and it worked going up but not going down. So he looked at the wires and motor and told me that it was the motor that was not working. I told him if is the motor it wont work at all not just one way. He kept on saying it was the motor so he spent one hour looking at it and charged me 237.42 dollars said the company would get back me a price to replace the motor. To this day they never got back to me and I brought a 40 dollar front landing switch off of Amazon and guess what it was the switch that went bad not the motor the motor works perfect.

We had our coach in storage and was informed that the engine batteries were dead. So Mayday RV came out to Conway, SC to replace batteries for us. They also informed us that there was no power to our interior house batteries as well. We had turned them off, the guy that was starting our coach monthly left the main power on. We just needed to charge them. Being so far away it was very comforting to know what our coaches status was when we arrived back in SC to pick her up. Highly recommend. We have used them twice. Both times very satisfied.

Tommy took great care of us this winter. He dispatched Bob for a slide track replace in Dec and a hydraulic hose fix in Feb. They came out quick after a call and got everything working super well. Even worked around my wife's breathing conditions in making sure they were free of her allergen triggers.

Tommy and the crew at Mayday were able to rescue my husband when we experienced wheel bearing issues on our trailer. They responded quickly to our call for help and made a bad experience transform into a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend their professional services.

If you want a RV repair service that does what they say they will do, shows up when they say they will show up, is reasonably priced, works well with your extended warranty program and provides top notch service then look no further!!! Tommy and his team are awesome, can't stress this enough. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Very polite and fast service for a hard to find part and parts even the owner opened up on Christmas eve to sale us another part and there service guy was super awesome and knew his stuff definitely will use them again on the next trip cause I am sure this camper will have more problems thanks. I highly recommend Mayday Mobile Service! We camping at Pirateland RV Resort and our water heater started leaking and from that moment I called the office they respond with courtesy and send a professional technician Mr Rob which was the most professional person I’ve work with! And resolve the issue with no problem!
And again I have another issue with our drains and I decided to called them again a within an hour they were on it ..Mr Rob once again very professional take care of it with no problems! Thank you so much!

We called Mayday RV to check for possible leak causing an unknown odor in our RV. The lady over the phone was very friendly and had a tech respond within 30 minutes. The tech was extremely helpful and within a very short time was able to solve the issue. We could not be happier with our decision on calling Mayday for the first time.
We will def call them again if needed.

Oct 4 2024. Our AC went out on us in the middle of a warm night. I called Mayday RV that morning and a servicemen was here by 1030. Told us the problem and was able to fix it. Gave us info on our AC to make it cooler and it worked. I will keep there phone number on hand for future trips to Myrtle Beach. Thank you so much!

Mayday RV service was awesome!!
From the lady taking all the information on the phone, to the quick response to our campsite. Our tech Bob was super friendly , knowledgeable and efficient.. he had our water heater issue fixed in less than 30 minutes.
We will definitely use them again if needed when in Myrtle Beach

We arrived in Myrtle Beach Sunday evening and our slide out would extend properly. All businesses closed but mayday rv service took our call and came out the next day. They are very professional and a great group of people that understand the situation you are in and you are in vacation. They work hard to make your stressful situation bearable. I really appreciate all the work and help mayday rv service did for us

While staying in Pirateland campground this year the A/C went out in our camper. About that time I saw a MayDay repair truck drive by. So I gave them a call. Within 24 hours we had a new A/C pumping out cold air. Many thanks to those guys. Bob is THE MAN. You guys at MayDay tell Bob and Tommy they have a cold beer waiting for them. Highly recommend. Bob did manually release the hydraulic levelers and got us on the road. No issues with him. But for less than a one hour service call totaling $334 is ridiculous. This seems to be a company issue charging $253.50 for labor and understandably plus the $75 service fee.
Confusing financial info on the phone but when you’re stuck your options are limited. I approved the charges because i did not have a choice.

Update after call from owner. It appears that initial estimate did not take into consideration the Sapder flat rate time for bleeding the hydraulics. I believe estimates and charges could be explained a bit better. Again, I am thankful for their help when we were stuck.

Didn't do what they said they would do. Lied and charged our card without authorization. Poor business practices. Highly do not recommend!!! You were told multiple times not to use the credit card. I am sorry usps hasn't gotten u the check. It was mailed in a timely manner. You told us you would make sure insurance would pay. You didn't. Then charged over 2000$ for a piss ant job. And a converter was over a thousand and it only cost 500$ we called. So no you did not do what you said you would do. Oh and the. When you did charge a credit card you were repeatedly told not to charge you added 100$ to the already ridiculous bill.

Bob was extremely knowledgeable and professional in repairing my hydraulic pump. It was a very challenging project, and he completed it in completely replacement in a newer different model from the original one. I highly recommend this service to anyone!

Mayday was excellent!! Both Stacey and Rolly were super helpful and efficient! They arrived within an hour after our call and had us fixed up in no time!! If you need RV Repair while in their area do not hesitate to call! Wonderful service!!

Thanks Mayday RV Mobile service! Got to the campground late Sunday and refrigerator was dead. Called Mayday at 8:00am Monday and they were at our site by 9:30am! Needed a new circuit board and the Technician had one on the truck. Thanks again for the quick, friendly service!

Had to have the roof replaced on my camper. We found a soft spot in it. Dropped it off to get it checked out. Good thing we did. They found several rotten boards under the roof. They communicated the cost and the progress to me the whole time. Price was better than others I called. Hard to find honest reliable companies now a days so it was nice to not have to worry about that with Mayday. If we have any other issues I will definitely make the 3 hour trip back to them.
