Dr Miles Price Pest Control

Dr. Miles Price (Phd, not MD), whose father was a chemist and pesticide developer that developed some of the modern pesticides, has run his local pest control operation serving Greater Vancouver and northwards to Whistler for 30 years. He has retired this year and is passing his business on to his former employee, who is now starting up Towne's Organic Pest Control (604-277-2140). Miles was very knowledgeable and experienced. For example, on writing the open-book exam to renew his license, he didn't need to bother opening the reference book. He had a loyal group of clients, although he was old school and did not keep up with changes in policies or technology. Even after 30 years in business, he did not have a website, but he had enough business from advertising through local phone books and cumulative clientele.
