These people are so kind, they know us by name and always fulfill our orders to satisfaction. We’ve ordered arch prints, posters, and even 3D prints from them.
We walked into the shop at 4:10 PM—well before closing at 5—needing a banner printed for an urgent event the next day. We explained the importance, handed over our USB, and simply needed to point out the correct file. But instead of a quick, easy fix, the employee refused to let us behind the counter to help, making the process harder than it had to be. A hollow “I’m sorry” doesn’t fix bad and rude service—it just makes it worse. Disappointing experience.
Very unhelpful responses from the staff here over email. In person they are fine but they don’t take requests in person. And if you email them it’s unclear and unhelpful responses.
I asked for quotes for a pamphlet and detailed what I needed, and they gave 1 liner responses to me, without addressing most of my questions. I understand if there’s time or supply issues but dodging questions was frustrating to say the least.
Better off going to Staples. Great customer service in south San Francisco location and will work with you for however long you need.

I’ve ordered prints and posters from them several times. Always high quality and additionally they’ve proven to be an honest business.

Great service, quick responses, reasonable pricing... couldn't ask for more. Needed a presentation quality glossy poster printed, and I had my order submitted and quoted within less than 5 minutes. Would highly recommend
I needed a fast turnaround for some wedding labels, and the team at Bay Area Print was so quick to respond. They were great at asking clarifying questions and helping me with the entire process. The labels printed beautifully and quickly! 10/10 would recommend.
I was very lucky to be able to copy here. I needed a small amount of graphic work copied on a very short term basis that day, and the people who helped me were very quick and didn't even charge me anything after they finished. I will tell my friends around me about their good service and attitude, and if I need a large number of copies next time, I will request them again officially.

Even though, I am sure business is down during COVID, she refused to accept any form of payment. Yeah, the print job was small, but I needed it urgently and I received free service.
