I take reviews very, very seriously. Often, I don’t waste my time to write them. However, for Mark Kaufman Roofing, I could not wait to share my thoughts.
WOW! WOW! WOW! This company is amazing!

Let’s start with the sales representative. No high pressure. So knowledgeable. Explained what the entire process was going to be, setting objectives and timeframes and level setting expectations. And he was able to provide me a printed proposal on the spot. And no nickeling and diming. If wood or Facia needed replacing, then it was part of the contract.

Now, let’s talk about the teams. Stellar. And they were so efficient. They had a team for tear down, a team for installing the Tyvek barrier and a team for installing the tiles. They were also wonderful craftsmen and took such pride in their jobs. Let me brag about the tile installers. I installed multi colored flat tiles. They were artists in how they laid out each tile to perfection. My neighbors all told me how beautiful my roof was!

AND THEY CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AFTER EACH STEP. Plus they pressure washed all my sidewalks, lanai and driveway after completion. And they even had an inspector come out to provide me with a wind and hurricane proof mitigation report to give to my insurance company. Wow!

Anyway, Mark Kaufman Roofing so exceeded my expectations! I would recommend them 1000%.

If it would be possible to give you 15 to 20 stars I would! Brandon and his crew showed up promptly! The job was done was completed earlier than what was expected , I ended up having a few more problems which were addressed and updated. I cannot tell you how pleased I am enough with the job. I got estimates from several other roofers before choosing Mark Kaufman Roofing, and I know I picked the right man for the right job. Thank you so much.

Tremendous Value and Professionalisum! MKR was not lowest price but we experienced superior Value. No extra charges or surpries! MKR operates with teams of specialist. Removal and replacement team was top notch! Plywood and repairs were included. New flashing and underlayment was done very well. Conrad and his tile team did a great job and attention to detail, including cleanup. Project managers were available and communicated all steps- thanks to Josh and his re-roof team: David O.; Alex R.; and David D.! Kyle worked with us during a long sales cycle with a relaxed and factual approach. Sadie was always helpful and provided great coordination! Thank you MKR Team! If I could I would give 0 stars. I would direct anyone not to hire Mark Kaufman Roofing. All we wanted is a new roof. Instead we got a huge mess. They broke 2 rose bushes, 3 outdoor lights, made a mess of our fence, left over 30 nails in my yard, oil stains in my driveway and in the road in front of mine and both my neighbors house. It took alot to get a hold of them. They passed me on to 4 or 5 different employees. One who came and put white powder on the stains and told me that it had to be rinsed off within 12 hours. 48 hours they came to rinse it off, so then I had white stains all over. They left over 30 nails just in my front yard after doing 3 sweeps. One nail with went through my shoe into my foot. They offered me 500$ credit towards roof cost. I did not want that. I wanted them to undo all the damage they had done. After finally speaking to the Vice President Keith he informed me that his liability insurance would not cover any of this. They were all nice before the job, and all Nasty after the job. Made a total mess at my house. I would advise anyone to steer clear of Mark Kaufman Roofing.

William, Josh , Ronnie and the crew along with everyone in the office who worked with me through my insurance issues. Did a beautiful job replacing my roof. Punctual and work ethic second to none. Fast and attention to detail. Clean up was spotless. Highly recommend . The crew when I asked if they could remove a tree branch that was close to the roof because I didn't want it to create future damage , they ended up removing quite a few. Thank you to all for a wonderful job!!!

This is my third roof Kaufman has done for us and they are always very professional and helpful in the process. They have the best warranty of any roofing company in our market and do good work. Highly recommend . Dave and his tile install team did a great job on my tile roof. Josh did a good job of organizing and William is a great upfront salesman.

From start to finish, it was an outstanding experience. Salesman William Laity demonstrated exceptional knowledge and was courteous and responsive to all my questions. Ben Maddox’s rip-off team was excellent, completing the job quickly while minimizing inconvenience and protecting my landscaping and pool cage. They cleaned up diligently each day, even using a rolling magnet to ensure no debris was left behind. Ben kept me informed throughout the process and was prompt in addressing my inquiries. David Dennis’ installation team was also impressive, working efficiently and maintaining cleanliness. I sent a drone up to do a close inspection after they left. The roof looks fantastic - no cracked tiles, clean mortar work, and perfectly aligned ridge caps. David was highly responsive, providing regular updates on the job's progress. Replacing my roof with the Mark Kaufman team was a fantastic experience and worth every penny. Thank you, William, Ben, and David, for your professionalism and excellence in workmanship!

Very professional, very prompt and able to accommodate emergency requests. They are everything they say they are from sales to final workmanship. No hidden surprises. Great follow ups and final certificates issued upon completion. I run into other customers that used their services and all happy.

Dave Dennis and his team were great for the tear-off and waterproof work. He accommodated every request I had and the team worked long days to complete the work. Another team put a small hole in the waterproofing underlayment, he responded immediately came out to repair it. Completed roof looks awesome. Dave, TJ and their crews were very professional, courteous and meticulous. Quality work.

I could not be happier with my experience with Mark Kaufman Roofing. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, I knew I was in trustworthy and capable hands. Having an older roof required it to be painstakingly chiseled and scraped off. The guys worked tirelessly to get it done and keep us on schedule. Brandon kept me updated throughout the process so I knew what to expect and could plan accordingly. Despite the potential for a major mess, my yard was at least as clean and neat as it was before they started…maybe even better. I cannot express how grateful I am and will highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
