Austin and his crew were amazing; East Texas Junk Removal was exactly what I needed. Austin was responsive, honest, quick to get me on the schedule, and professional. On the day of the job, they were there on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were careful and considerate and made me feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and will not hesitate to contact this company again if I need further help in the future.
Called on Sunday showed up on Monday morning before the time he told us. Picked everything up quickly and did a fabulous job at a fair price. We highly recommend!!!

If you’re moving and need someone to clear out your trash or unwanted items, Austin is your guy! He was affordable, friendly, and super responsive from start to finish. I was on a tight schedule, but he was able to fit me in quickly and got the job done fast. Highly recommend him for anyone needing reliable and efficient junk removal services.

I highly recommend these guys they are responsive, reliable and efficient. They arrive on time and their prices are very competitive. I had a lot of heavy odd sized junk to move they never complained or said they would not take it. I will be using them often.
Austin answers his own phone. No really! He’s responsive over voice and text, reasonably priced and moves fast. My father had a junk filled garage at a rental property - I mean just filled with tons of junk. Took Austin’s 4 guys half a day but they cleaned it completely out - ahead of schedule.

Austin was very nice and a hard worker! He worked quickly and professionally! I had a small load of household trash to get rid of and he handled it with ease. Things like an old flat screen tv, recliner, damaged trampoline parts, bed frames, mattress, grill, etc. Would definitely recommend this service to anybody that has household items they need to get rid of, but don’t know how. East Texas Junk Removal Services deserves a 5 star review. They were immediately responsive to my inquiry, gave me a timely quote after looking a photos that I sent and scheduled a time to pick up within a week.
The pick up was this morning. The two guys came in, cleared out a shop, a garage and some out of the house in about 45 minutes. They asked me several times to make sure they were getting everything I wanted hauled away.
The price was more than reasonable in my opinion. Would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend to others!
