Josh was very responsive and helpful! Answered my call the first time I called. He then made an appointment just a couple of days out to be able to give us an estimate for our dryer duct repair and quoted the dryer duct cleaning with the information we gave him over the phone. He showed up to the appt right on time, and called me right after to give the accurate estimate, which was actually a little less than he guessed with just the information we had initially given him over the phone and after looking at a few photos from the attic. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs dryer cleaning or duct work! He is attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, and has very competitive and reasonable prices.

360 Dryer Vent Cleaning was a positive experience from beginning to end. The website is clear and easy to navigate. Appointment time was a 1/2 hour time frame rather than 1/2 a day or whole day. I was able to watch the camera where the vent was clogged before the work was done and after the work was complete. My dryer is working now and I feel safe in my home.

360 Dryer Vent Cleaning is Awesome! Josh, arrived on time. Diagnosed the blockage very quickly and proceeded to remove the built up lint and next in record time. He also cleaned the outside Damper of any obstruction. We will be adding this to our yearly maintenance effort and will have Josh back in 12 months.

I cannot say enough about this company, and the service. We moved into a home and with the first load of laundry we received a message that the vent was not providing proper air flow. We attempted to remove the blockage but could only get so far before it felt like we hit a wall. I called 360 dryer vent cleaning and he was able to get us scheduled for service within 2 days. When he arrived he ran a camera into the vent to see what the issue was. He had the proper tools and he was able to clear the compacted debris from the line, checked the vent again, hooked up the dryer to make sure there was proper flow and secured the vent from the dryer to the wall. He was very professional, and I felt like I had a good friend or neighbor over helping me out. It is great if you can clean the vent yourself but since what was in our vent was wet the debris just compacted and would move further back in the line. It is good to have the vent examined and cleaned for the safety of your family. If you do it yourself, great but I would recommend a professional cleaning at least once.

Excellent Service at a reasonable price! Camera view of the vent pipes prior to cleaning and following. Josh was very willing to explain all he was doing. Vacuumed all the debris as it was being removed. Went up on the roof and removed lint from the damper so it would close properly. I highly recommend his service.

Great service. Josh B. was very polite and did a great job. He even let us know when he was cleaning the vent by the kennel that our dog was a little scared by the noise. So we took her into the bedroom and she was much happier. Nice to know he cared about our whole family.

Scheduled an appointment online based on the Google reviews I read. Josh with 360 Dryer Vent Cleaning arrived at the scheduled time, was extremely pleasant, and very informative. He had his work cut out for him as our vent had not been cleaned since the house was built in 2014, our vent goes up through the roof about 15 feet. He was quick and professional, showing us pics and video of our vent before and after, he also climbed on the roof clearing out the vent hood and inspecting it for damage. Based on a neighbor’s recommendation, we hired Josh Boveri of 360 Dryer Vent Cleaning. We were expecting the worst since we haven’t had our dryer vents cleaned in the nearly 3 years we’ve lived in our house. Josh came on time and ran his camera through our vent pipes. When finished, he said he was done, we didn’t need a cleaning, our vents were clean. He refunded our cleaning fee less the charge for an inspection service.
