this is the only place I go to when i need a loan.. Sometimes I feel embarassed going back week later witnh the same item i picked up,,or think they r soo sick of me or will turn me down this time. The guys that work at this place always treat me with respect and dignity. There is a reason so many pawnshop have disappeared in the west and Western Loan is still going 9 years strong. Keep it up ...

I have gone here about 6 or 7 times over the past few years. They are always respectful and give me a loan that is while high, in line of the nature of the transaction. If you are in the position of having to pawn something, this is definitely the place to go.

The first time I went here to pawn my IMac, it was because I went online and checked out which pawn store had the best reputation. These guys were at the top.
...actually, these guys were the only guys at the top. The rest of them sounded like the regular crooks they appear to be.
We got a fair price for the few weeks we needed the money. And so, when we needed to borrow again, we went back.
And again, and then there was one more time.
So I was satisfied.
The only thing that would make me never take my stuff back there is this.
The last time my friend went to let them take our very expensive IMac for a week or so, one of the workers there asked for the passcode to get into the computer. "Incase we didn't come back to get it." This surprised me when we picked it up the last time since the code she gave them was printed on the side of the box for anyone to see.
I did not know she gave them such valuable information and believe me, she got a talkin' to for it.
I was livid! At her, at them back to her for what could have happened. It's like a stranger going through your underwear drawer.
They are NOT to ask that of anyone unless you are selling your stuff.
After three times, not one person asked for a password. Why this time?!
As long as you know the rules, I think they would be safe.
Rule number 1, don't let anyone know your private codes.
So, as much as I would like to give them a four out of five. It goes way down because they violated the little trust I put in them.
So this is more a warning to who goes into any pawn shop. Know your stuff, don't give them any more than they need. And make sure they are insured too.

I have been dealing with Western for about 5 years now, and they are the best in town. On the odd occassion i have tried others, no one compares to western in their service and professionalism. I would highy recommend. I have 2 items their now that I will pick up at the end of the month. Thanks Western for helping me out.

I have been going there for a straight deal for over 9 years, and have gotten treated with respect, as well as a loan that is very fair. While I can't speak for all others, and their personal experiances, for me they are the best! D.d.L, November 08/2011.
