We are a community-based agency that provides clinical services along with the arts to empower and support individuals and families within the Hartford and surrounding Area. All programs and services are therapeutic and offered all year round. Our programs are designed to address the mental health needs that our children and families are facing today. Here at Build A Better we are innovative in our approach to clinical therapy using many additional tools to help our clients, like martial arts, Zumba, and reiki. Our programs' curriculum provides families the opportunity and support to express and learn positive, alternative ways to manage their destructive behaviors and improve their quality of life. All services and programs are facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and/or a Specialist with experience working with children and families.
