I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of SpaTech in Westbrook, ME. Currently, I am a deep tissue specialist with an athletic training background, as well as, Reiki I and Reiki II Certified. I am also a certified spin instructor at a local gym and an avid Tri-Athlete and Marathon participant.
