There is to many people at this auction bidding without a bidders badge and having to borrow a badge from another person after the vehicle has been sold they are wasting to much time auction should address this
All I can say is....if you need a part-time job , a tan, or to loose some weight ---this is the place! 3 days a week will do it. The nicest, non-judgemental people ever.
Great employees, especially the team that gets the cars as clean as can be!

I only give it 2 stars as an ex employee because not everything was bad. The environment is ok ish. Management is a circus and the attitude around the shop is toxic it's all about team work with a team that won't work together but get mad and rat on every little thing that isn't an issue and get you fired. If they want you gone they will make you gone and use the most petty reason to fire you. This place runs on some bad morals if not straight up illegal practices. Have fun and I hope sincerely that this isn't your experience.
Worst I’ve ever seen in years and NO you don’t have a record of me I made sure of that after dealing with the ridiculous way yall treat your employees and customers! Y’all need to be made famous for the drugs found in vehicles and employees stealing and keeping it! Y’all are so unprofessional and need to be shutdown asap!
Very unprofessional. The next time someone decides to come into a PROFESSIONAL establishment such as yours, for information the PROFESSIONAL thing to do is to be respectful regardless of race, gender, or background. Kindness is free. Rudeness can cost you.
My vehicle was towed to Carolina Auto Auction where a key was made to access the vehicle. They stole a lot of our personal items and because they know they will not be liable for theft they don't care and will tell you to contact the lien holder to make a claim. Just a warning to everyone they are thieves and will steal your items. I know that who ever stole our items will reap what they sow however I want everyone to know absolutely nothing will be done, so if it is high ticket items please contact the police to investigate and make a theft claim.
Idk how bad reviews with my name have been put on auction sites. I don’t do social media. I have been going to Carolina Auto Auction for over 20 years. All the people who work there are awesome. Mr Stanley let me use his prize Automobile for my daughters wedding several years ago . David my representative was asking me about this horrible review that someone hacked my name and put on the company website but I definitely did not write this garbage . I definitely like CAA and visit weekly. Hopefully it can be erased. The real Alex Long. BryanEasler Toyota!
Very unprofessional auction. Very dishonest and hard to work with. My employee (for 7 years) was accused of purposely blowing up a (green light) car, was accused of cutting 2 lines on a car that we purchased for way under value. As a car dealer my goal is buy the cars that I bid on for my lot that I so desperately need in this crazy market. NOT RETURNING EVRYTHING I BUY. Front desk staff is great and very helpful but all of the others that sit behind the desk aren’t worth a McDonalds part time pay check. STAY away from this auction unless you want to be screwed.
I still feel like redemption time frames should be longer or atleast available on weekends but the process to receive the car once you’re their isn’t long at all
