Absolutely amazing service! John was upfront and honest in telling us there was no hope for our old washing machine, which I really appreciated instead of dragging things out. Within just a couple of hours, he had a brand new washer delivered, installed, and ready to go. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We’ve purchased parts from Boone before, but we’ve never had to utilize their repair service until this week. The employee that took our call was so kind, professional, and thorough. Within 24hrs, as promised, the tech called us to see if we would be home later in the day. He then called a second time to let us know he was 30 minutes away. Keith had a great personality, diagnosed our machine quickly, and very honestly told us that it was not worth repairing. Boone Appliance was a pleasure to work with. John came out today to fix a stove and icemaker. He diagnosed the issues quickly and was able to repair. Price for services and repair were very reasonable and he took time to show me how to properly clean my gas burners. Super friendly, great service, would definitely recommend for any/all appliance repairs. I’ll definitely be calling them for any issues that arise in the future!

I have purchased parts from them for many years but today I picked up a dryer belt and it was $45 very over priced. After purchasing I checked with other places I have never purchased parts from in the area and for the same item and price was from $17.97 - $22.95 and in stock so as I figured they are overpriced.
I ordered a spare online for $13.92

This is by far the best place to get your appliances fixed, they came out fixed our dryer very quickly, they also have great prices and clean up any messes they made. I highly recommend this place

Had Ryan do a call. He fixed my stove . He didn’t fix my ice maker because I don’t have a water line but it is okay. At least I knoe NOW. He is very professional.

Excellent repair service from a courteous, prompt, skilled technician. After the storm came, we really wanted the refrigerator working, it wasn't. They came and fixed it quick and affordable. Will call them again if needed.

Each time we have needed repair services, Boone's staff has responded promptly and they are well trained to identify and fix the issue. Recently Ryan had our 16 year old refrigerator working smoothly again. We were ready to give up on it, but now it is working great. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Emailed Boone Appliance about a new bake element for my obscure 50 yr old Kenmore range. They not only had a compatible part in stock but also had a tech out here the next day. Best appliance repair in the whole upstate of SC! John and Troy and team have always been our go-to for appliance repair and parts.

They understand when your refrigerator is broken your groceries are thawing out, and when your washer is broken your laundry is piling up. So they’re very responsive and get the job done as soon as possible.

If they don’t have the parts needed they know how to get them as soon as possible or point you in the right direction.

They’re also very honest. I’ll never forget how shocked I was the time Troy could have made a lot more money doing an expensive repair on our washing machine, and I would have paid it because I didn’t know any better. But he knew we’d be better off replacing the whole machine, so that is what he recommended.

John and the rest of the team at Boone hold up that same standard - hard work, kindness, professionalism, and honesty. The kind of people worth being loyal to.
