I enjoyed my experience. The food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can equate it to an Indian version of Moe's. You get to pick your protein, curries, veggies, sauce, & cheese.
If you lie spicy, you are in luck. Of you don't like spicy, but enjoy Indian food, let the staff know your spicy limits and they will provide recommendations.

My friend and I have eaten here twice and the food is absolutely delicious. We have to try everything on the menu! And the owner, who also is the maker of the food, is an absolute doll and so patient with all your decision-making. A super fast and quick place to eat and a unique way to order yummy Indian food. Something for everyone from mild to spicy and vegetarian options if you’re so inclined. Highly recommend!

A Must-Try Fusion of Indian and American Flavours

If you're looking for a delightful blend of Indian flavors with a modern twist, “Curries Indian Fusion” should be at the top of your list. Nestled in a cozy corner, this restaurant brings together the rich essence of Indian cuisine and the vibrant flair of American-style presentation, creating a unique dining experience. My recent visit to this gem left me thoroughly impressed, and it’s clear why it's fast becoming a local favorite.

One of the highlights of my visit was the dish intriguingly named “Chicken Test of Trek.” At first glance, the name sparks curiosity, and once tasted, it exceeds every expectation. The dish is not only flavorful but also well-balanced in terms of nutrition. It’s clear that the ingredients are fresh, and the preparation focuses on health-conscious choices without compromising on the indulgence that Indian food is known for. The portion size was generous, making it not just delicious but also filling – perfect for anyone who enjoys hearty meals that don’t weigh you down.

The fusion concept is evident throughout the menu, but the food still retains its authenticity. You get the feel of traditional Indian spices and flavors, but the presentation adds a contemporary touch, giving it an appeal that’s both familiar and innovative. Whether you’re an avid lover of Indian cuisine or someone looking to try something new, “Curries Indian Fusion” offers something special for everyone.

Beyond the food, another reason to visit this place is the welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is cozy and gives off warm Indian vibes, making it an ideal spot to unwind while enjoying great food. There’s a comfortable blend of modern decor and subtle cultural hints that keep the ambiance light and relaxed.

What also made my experience stand out was the incredibly fast service. We were a group of three, and even with a few customizations to our order, our meals were ready in under four minutes. That’s not something you often see, especially with dishes that require careful preparation like Indian food. The kitchen team certainly knows how to keep things running smoothly while maintaining quality.

And then there’s Nayan, the owner. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in not just running a restaurant but also in personally ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. Nayan is both friendly and generous, making you feel like more than just a guest. He’s happy to chat with diners and always keeps an eye on whether everything is going well. One of the coolest offers at Curries Indian Fusion is the “7-Bowls Deal,” where you get one free bowl after purchasing seven. I recommend checking with Nayan about this offer—it’s a fantastic deal for regulars!

In conclusion, “Curries Indian Fusion” is a place I highly recommend. The food is exceptional, the ambiance welcoming, and the service top-notch. Whether you're dining solo, with friends, or family, this restaurant is one you’ll want to return to again and again. Be sure to spread the word and let others know about this hidden gem—you won’t be disappointed!

Came in at 5 alone, no one else was eating, had no idea what I wanted and asked for their food. Fantastic lamb meatballs, tastes fresh and good. Samosa was the best part. I ate it too quick so it’s unfortunately no longer in the photo.

Got their Chicken Tikka Masala Bowl and it was absolutely fantastic! Great use of spices, rice was nicely seasoned and was a great dish! Samosa was on point with the mint sauce! Will definitely be coming back to try out a tikka wrap! Also, the mango drink was honestly amazing. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't!!!

Clean, pretty decor, tasty, Indian food in a "bowl", friendly staff, good prices.

So little twist on traditional food, but has some of your favorite flavors with tikka masala, korma, palak paneer. Really kind worker happy to explain the menu if you have questions.
Loved the live edge wood and mural.

I got a chicken korma bowl with recommended sides and two delicious samosas with cilantro chutney for $14 and change.

I wanted to try out this place after reading about it in Boro Good Eats on FB, and it did not disappoint. Even though we came in one hour before close, rushing to get dinner before it’s too late, the food was still fresh and flavorful. I could tell though that they didn’t have much left. (Sadly, my husband wanted shrimp and they ran out. We will be back for that!) Service was amazing; the guy who helped us made recommendations on what would go best with what.

I got the lamb bowl with biryani rice, korma curry, mixed greens, kachumbar, and cilantro mint & curries special sauce. We also had the samosas.

It’s a PLUS that they have affordable kids menu! My kids are little and do not eat enough for a big meal, so the lentil curry with rice was perfect for them.

Great new restaurant in a convenient location. Excellent Indian food bowls with plenty of options for vegans and non-vegans alike. Interestingly, everything on the menu is cooked without oil, making the food much healthier but without sacrificing any flavor. The curries are not “hot” spicy, but they are absolutely full of well-balanced Indian spices.

The owner is super helpful and kind, always willing to answer questions with a smile. The dining area is not huge, but it can easily accommodate families and small groups.

Highly recommend this place…go check it out!

- Be kind and love each other. ❤️☮️😊

Love this new authentic Indian fast-casual spot in Murfreesboro. Really convenient location if you work at or near St. Thomas Rutherford or if you’re doing some shopping near The Avenue! The curry options are authentic and full of flavor, and the menu has options for various proteins, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Prices are very reasonable and you could definitely have leftovers with the portion size. The owners are incredibly kind and invested in creating amazing food for their customers. My friends and I loved it and will be back! If you’re looking for a fast-casual option for delicious food and want to support local business, Curries is the place for you!
