Fantastic staff, who are always friendly and helpful. Very fair prices to bring the kids and I would recommend the monthly pass. Very busy on the weekends which is fantastic for social kids or quiet during the weekdays to go and play alongside your children. Clean. Fun. There's no place like it. 10/10!

Best place for a birthday or any party.
This indoor playground is a fantastic space! The kids had a blast, the equipment is well-maintained, and it's a great place for a safe and fun day out, whether for a birthday party or just a regular visit I booked for my daughter birthday and it turned out so good.
It’s very clean and well maintained, staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have a playing area for smaller kids to age 12. It’s really well designed to be safe and secure for the kids.
I booked my daughter’s 10th birthday yesterday and trust me I didn’t had to worry about anything. Kids had blast in the trampoline, led slides, ninja course and battle beam. They also have arcade games inside.
Make sure you have grip socks on.

I would like to thank the entire team of Playtopia for the wonderful memories they gave to my baby girl birthday. Special thanks to Zara who was my host and handling everything very smoothly. Communication was very clear with her. She kept checking on us and asking if we needed anything.

I would highly recommend this place for the kids as well as the parents.

Adequate activities for the children to burn some energy. Space was tidy and hazard-free, especially for the running kids.

We got our toddler a pass to Playtopia for the winter time. They're open from 10am-8pm so we take her there as often as we can and whenever it is convenient based on our schedules. We feel comfortable for her to run, climb, jump and slide as it is a clean, well-maintained, padded indoor playground. Also, a great space for her to interact/play with other children of all ages. I am grateful that there is an indoor space for her to play closeby, especially during the colder days. Weekdays are usually not as busy as weekends. We enjoy coming here, and staff are welcoming and friendly.

Playtopia is an awesome spot for kids and families. The place is really clean and well-maintained. The staff are not just friendly but also super attentive. The ninja course was a fun challenge and the trampoline area was another favorite. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

I initially had a less-than-ideal experience with this business, but after they reached out to me directly, my perspective has completely changed. They sincerely apologized for what happened and offered us free passes as a gesture of goodwill, which was incredibly thoughtful. The employee who called me was actually the same person who helped me that morning, and I truly appreciated their professionalism in taking ownership of the situation. It takes great character to right a wrong, and they definitely went above and beyond to make things right. Because of this, we will definitely be returning.

We visited Playtopia today, drawn in by their advertisement offering 15% off on weekdays. It was a Friday, so we expected the discount. However, when we tried to apply it, the employee refused, stating that the offer didn’t apply to PA Days. I pointed out that the sign didn’t specify any exclusions, to which she replied, “no, we should change the signs.” I calmly suggested they honor the listed price, and she eventually did, though she seemed quite bothered by the exchange.

The total discount was only $3.59, so the hassle didn’t seem worth it. After we left, the signs hadn’t been updated, and the place was very busy. While we appreciate the eventual resolution, the experience left us a little frustrated. We’ll likely stick to other venues like Cheeky Monkeys and Sharkeys, where we always feel welcomed and valued.

This is a wonderful place for kids to play! It’s very clean and well-maintained, with everything organized perfectly. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. My child and I love spending time here, and we always have a great experience. Highly recommend!

My daughter had an incredible birthday celebration at playtopia. The service was almost perfect, the staff are helpful and the place is beautiful. 😍 Our guest and kids really enjoyed the day. My only recommendation is that we should have extra time after the party so that kids can play more after the party. Other than that everything is almost perfect. From booking to the party it all went smoothly. I highly recommend playtopia. Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday celebration fun-tastic.❤️

Playtopia is hands down one of the best play centers I've visited. The facility was spotlessly clean, which is such a relief as a parent. The play areas are well-maintained, safe, and packed with engaging activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. The variety of play zones caters to different age groups and interests, so there’s something for everyone!

The staff at Playtopia truly go above and beyond, especially Ratu. She's incredibly friendly, approachable, and always available to help or answer questions. You can tell that the staff genuinely care about creating a positive experience for all visitors.

Our grandchildren love this place. It is clean and safe. Parental supervision is required and necessary to keep the littles safe. We bought the one month pass for each child. It is such a great deal and the hours are perfect for when the older kids need to burn off some energy as it is open until 8pm daily. I love that it is designed for kids under 12 as it allows the younger children to safely enjoy the bouncy activities. It's a little pricey unless you buy the monthly pass BUT so worth it. You get over 2 hours of play with each admission but we have yet to make it past 90 minutes. The only downside I have found is that the adults do not abide by the rules. The trampolines are designed only for the children under 12 for a reason. When the adults start jumping on them the kids go flying and lose their balance. Perhaps this area can be monitored more closely to ensure everyone is complying in order to keep everyone safe. I would highly recommend Playtopia for a fun-filled adventure for the kids.

We had an Amazing birthday here for my son! His friends and their parents had such a great time nice new clean facility with private party rooms and a perfect place for small and older kids to play! They also have an arcade! We got exceptional service from Ratu for our party she helped me with all the details during the event and made it so easy for me! Highly recommend for your next kids party! 🎊

Separate play area for toddlers. Huge trampoline area with basket ball nets. Beautiful and colourful slides. My 4 year old and 1.5 year old loved it.

Very clean. Good customer service. The facility has a lot of nice features that I’ve never seen at other play places. The toddler area has the most activities for little kids I’ve ever seen. Not just a soft area to sit around. I really like that the jumping area is not for teenagers or adults. Helps keep it safe. Will definitely be coming back.

My daughter and I though this was a very cool place. They have both exercise and gaming. The staff were very pleasant. I paid around 20.00 for entry including socks. They serve coffee there but allowed me to bring my outside coffee in. The place is very clean. I will definitely return again.

Best place for kids of all ages Birthday parties. Lots to do and lots of padding. Love the colours and lights. There are several rooms for parties and coffee for the adults. We had kids from the age 2 to 6 years and there was something for them all to do. We will go there again.

The staff are very kind and considerate. Our pizza was taking a little longer than expected, so they gave us an extra slice. The staff on the floor make sure the kids stay safe and they genuinely seem to enjoy working there. It's clean and they have some cool, newer arcade games.

My almost two-year-old daughter loves Playtopia. The second time we went, she already remembered the name and kept repeating it. There are age-appropriate zones, and staff ensure safety regulations are followed. I played claw machines and toy-winning games several times, and we always took photos together in the photo booth before leaving. 😁

I like the concept of creating a virtual account so no need to show the purchased tickets. Plus the waiver can be signed off at the available computer on-site. They required kids to wear grips socks on otherwise you will have to buy it from them $3 the pair. The place is great offer food (pizza), slushes, soft drinks, water etc where you can sit at the eating table area. It’s a 2 hours time limit max for playing in the facility. Arcades are not included in the price so you have to load the game card and pay at the display machine but everything else is part of the admission fee such as trampolines, slides, structure, climbing circuits and so on. There is also a design playground area for younger children which is a safe environment for them . Furthermore, they have 5 party rooms available for rental if interested in booking too. Lastly, the staff is courteous & friendly and helpful to make sure you will enjoy your time in there. Only con, it might get crowded during rainy days since the place is not so extremely spacious. Despite that I recommend this place!!

Excellent customer service. Price is great for a few hours of fun. It wasn't too busy but I expect that will change during summer season. My son (almost 7) loved it and wants to go back every weekend! The one and only negative was that it was very warm in the facility...crank up that air conditioner!

Such a wonderful brand new indoor play location!!! The kids had so much fun at the trampoline and indoor soft play area, and we also enjoyed the arcade!! Super friendly staff, brand new equipments and machine.

Fantastic!! The structure is really engaging, there is a ninja course and trampoline section, there is an arcade and spot to sit and have a snack. The bathrooms were super clean, and BOTH bathrooms had a place to change the little ones so if it’s a daddy play time he’s not without adequate resources. The staff was lovely, there’s a place for smaller kids with a smaller slide set. The bigger structure has some really fast slides ( we were okay with that). This place rocks, and if it stays this way I will definitely be returning a few times.
