We have classes for kids and adults. We offer classes in Southern Shaolin kung fu, Chinese wrestling, Tai Chi, and kids classes. Sifu (Instructor) Gino Belfiore has been in martial arts for most of his life. He started American wrestling at age 11 and continued thru out High School. After High School he trained in college and Free style wrestling. This catapulted him into the Asian Martial arts at age 22. He studied various styles such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Kun Tao Silat. In 1992 he began his Shaolin Kung Fu training with John H. Ervin Jr. and the Wing Lam Kung Fu School. Since then, he has traveled the world fighting and winning competitions. He is currently the retired 5-time national Shuai-Chiao (Chinese Wrestling) champion and 2-time San Shou (Full contact Fighting) Champion.
