We recently worked with KN Law for our condo closing, and we could not be more grateful for their dedication and professionalism. On the day we were supposed to get our keys, the builder’s lawyers caused unexpected delays, and the property manager refused to release them (even though the team at KN verified the day prior there would be no issues). With our baby in tow and nowhere else to go after moving out of our previous condo, we were incredibly stressed.

Beware of these fraud people. This law firm think that clients are stupid. We contacted them for our property purchase. Their sales guy Nalin sent a quote for Stewart Title Insurance while their retainer mentioned First Canadian Title Insurance. There is a difference of 200-300 dollars in both these insurances which the firm is charging from clients’ funds. They must be using this trick on all clients. This firm needs to be reported to law society.
