I just purchased a vehicle from Subaru of Kings Automall and could not be more pleased! From beginning to end, the process and service was great. Their patience, understanding, and transparency made the buying process comfortable and easy. I did not feel pressure from anyone at any point, and got a very good and fair price for my trade-in. I highly recommend buying from this dealer.

We had such a Great experience at this Subaru dealer with Sequoia in the Service dept.
She helped us on a Busy Friday to run a Diagnostics test on our Son’s car that was having problems .
(We called the day b4 for a last minute appt.). We drove from PA to get this done and again Sequoia and this Dealership went Above & Beyond our expectations😀
The Subaru Legacy needed a new Battery & they were able to replace it and we were Happy !!

Took my wife to pick out a car, and being in sales myself I always accompany her to keep an eye on everything. Jeff and Brandon took great care of her, didnt try to upsell her on anything other than the Subaru warranty, which is worth the money and needed in our situation and was still in budget. Listened to her concerns and addressed them. Explained all the features, and overall had a great outlook, while still employing high level sales strategies in a very professional and ethical manner. Great work guys!

First things first Peter is very nice and friendly he helped me when I needed to get out of my awful old vehicle and into a new one. Though it is a dealership they push all these extra things on you. See how much of a tab you can run up. At the end of the day its not about if you long term love the car or the service its about making that commission. There were alot of things I wasn't notified of when I had gotten the vehicle. Random scratches, paint chips etc. High mileage compared to their competitor along with the car had been in a car crash. Highly recommend don't buy a vehicle with haste take your time do ALOT of research to make sure you are getting the best deal for you. Because at the end of the day its about getting money from you as much as possible. The only positive I really have to say is subarus are great cars and at least they fixed the paint chipping (though when your blindsided by it.) Its the right thing to do. 4 stars for Peter though sadly I dont think I'll ever by another car from that dealership. Definitely got way over charged for the vehicle I have.

I can say nothing but positive things about my experience purchasing a new Subaru Forester from Subaru of Kings Automall! First my car salesman Mark Ledbetter was awesome! So friendly, kind and made the whole "buying a new car" experience great! He took time with me, let me test drive a Forester, then after getting mine, took the time to go over things with the car, before I left the lot! Ken Bumiller also took the time to go over all of the financing, warranty things, and didn't rush with all of that. Very personable and friendly! Thank you for a "but a new car experience" which I have over the years dreaded! I will definitely recommend Subaru of Kings Automall!

My wife and I just purchased a car through this dealership, and we were incredibly pleased with our experience. Kelly was highly proactive and helpful throughout the entire process, and was an absolute gem to work with. Negotiations were done over the phone and went very smoothly. While there are some typical upsells offered, they were not aggressive about pushing them when we came into complete the buying process. Our interactions with the staff were universally positive and respectful, and we will be taking our business there in the future.

I had a truly pleasant experience working with Levi at Subaru of kings Automall. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m writing in praise of my very productive and pleasant experience with Emily.
I love my Subaru but needed help to understand how to operate many of its electronic and safety features. Emily was extremely knowledgeable about the many functions of the dashboard and was so patient in explaining them to me. Electronics are not intuitive to me and she made sure I understood how to work them. She also made me aware of several wonderful features I had not been aware of. Some of which were safety features. Tyler was absolutely amazing! I didn't get the run around and my car buying experience was so easy! I wasn't exactly happy at the fact that I was having to buy a new car due to hitting a deer, but Tyler and the staff at Subaru put me at ease.. They kept me at the payment that I wanted and didn't try to see me anything I didn't need! I'll definitely be a lifelong customer!

Went to Kings Auto Mall today with the intention to purchase an SUV. We test drove a couple Nissan Rogues at the Nissan dealership and liked them, service was alright. We decided to keep looking around at other lots. We ventured into Subaru and were causally greeted by Ethan. We told him we were just browsing. He let us look around on our own and we stumbled across a gently used Rogue on their lot. He promptly had a fleet of employees move 3 vehicles out of the way so we could take it for a drive. The vehicle was the platinum trim level which was much nicer than the Rogues we test drove at Nissan. They had it priced fairly but managed to get us an unbeatable deal. Paper work and financing was a breeze. Ethan was a younger salesman but had a great personality and sense of humor. He was extremely transparent and made us feel comfortable through all steps. Zero pressure and obliged to all of our requests. He even hooked me up with a free Redbull 😂. 10/10 would recommend this dealership at all levels. Ask for Ethan he’s the man!

We had an older Outback that needed repairs. Took it to Subaru of Kings Auto Mall. We have had nothing but great experiences. They did make a mistake and took care of it without any issues at all. We have to drive just over an hour for this dealer, well worth it. We decided to get a new outback wilderness. I will say that Rob Fredericks is the real deal for salesmen! No pressure and was very familiar with all the vehicles. We have had questions after the sales and he has been prompt on returning calls and taking care of the issue. Rob is able to test drive the different vehicles so he can personally give his opinion on options and how they handle. To close, I drive 1:15 minutes to this dealer. It's worth it! Sequoia is the person to see for service and Rob is the best salesman I have had period. We even gave him a gift card, that tell you anything?

We had an excellent experience with our purchase. Kelly was a fantastic support and made the whole experience go very smoothly. Financing is focused in offering you options and not necessarily pushing you to buy stuff like in other places. Recommended.
