Terrible customer service!! Stay away at all costs. Don’t accidentally forget to pay for a day of parking otherwise you will be stuck with a $70 ticket.

The guy that manages the lot at 177 Kennedy Street, is rude and very unprofessional. He has literally jumped out of nowhere in the morning after parking my car, trying to pass you some sheet with a monthly parking increase. He's even chased me down the street, yelling "parking plus"... so he could hand me a parking increase notice. His cell phone mailbox is always full and he NEVER responds to an email. In talking to other parkers in this lot, it seems that everyone pays different rates. He has reserved signs on certain spots WHICH ARE NO LONGER RESERVED. Just brutal.

Normally park in a small lot behind York and Edmonton winnipeg. Up until 4 November 9$

Without warning notice of any kind rate went up to 11$.

Called to let the company know that i didnt have the 11= and was told they would call me back. No call and car was towed!!

I was told by company rep re no notice and was told we don't have to give any notice and it was TOO BAD that potential customers were annoyed

This lot is advertised as serviced (ie plugs in winter). ALMOST ALL OF THESE PLUGS DO NOT WORK. Parking Plus is aware of the ongoing problems with the plugs (ongoing for 10 years or more) In fact most of them are torn down from the broken fence. The painted lines on the fence (which are barely visible) do not match up with the faded painted lines on the pavement. People take up two spots, back in at a 45 degree angle, and the spots in general are all made for small-medium cars, although there are alot of monthly half-ton trucks that park there. Parking Plus has just jacked the price of this lot up by 50 bucks a month. Not to mention, the lot is advertised as public parking and on occasion, I have pulled into the lot in the morning (as a monthly parker) only to find the lot full (ie they oversell) You tell them this, and they don't give a crap, nor do they offer to reimburse you for having to pay to park somewhere else. The spots are mostly all marked "reserved" with someone's licence plate that used to park their in the 80's. Oh, and watch out for the big sinkhole in the middle of the lot too. Overall, this lot is not maintained and there is no customer service at all !!

Parking Plus raised the daily parking rate as of today without telling a soul. It used to cost me $4.50/day and I was good till 6:00 p.m. Today, I put in my usual $4.50 and hit the print button to get my dash ticket and lo and behold, my parking was only good till 11:03 a.m. WTH? When I called to complain, the phone was answered "Parking Authority", which he is NOT. I was told that the rate was supposed to go up December 1st. The justification for not telling anyone about the increase was that the increase should have happened a year ago. What a cash-grab! I will park on the street for the same price now and actually be able to leave at lunch without worrying about getting back into my spot (see PICKLES65 comment).

Parking Plus took over the administration of the Parking lot located south of the Mclaren Hotel. They have continually allowed over-parking in this location and have not controlled those who park in the centre of the lot. You are fortunate if you can leave your vehicle parked beside the hotel or the Royal Bank all day but if you need to leave for an appointment or get back into your parking stall during the day you are will not be able to do so because of the cars parked in the centre. I guess it boils down to the fact that Parking Plus makes more money this way.
