Sterling Paralegal

For months a paralegal working on my behalf has not returned calls or informed me of any of the progress made regarding my case. It seems that one excuse after another allows this person continue avoiding contact with us. We have not even found out if the Defendant has filed a statement of defense - the deadline for which was in July! I was given a recommendation for this person and now feel trapped as they have already proceeded on my behalf, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone that I know.
