My journey started in 1987 listening to Dr. Merkin, MD. He has practiced medicine for 50 years. Has written 16 books. And was on 120 radio stations. He would answer questions rapid-fire. Making it fast and fun to learn. I listened 3 hours a day 5 days per week for several years. Igniting my thirst for knowledge in anything related to health and wellness. I continued my studies at night. Even waking up@ at 3:45 am twice per week to watch classes from Stanford University about Neuroscience! I found it interesting and fun to learn. Since then, I've become certified in many fields and accumulated knowledge from many sources around the world.
