He has served as lecturer at state and local conferences and published numerous articles on HOA audits, accounting, and tax issues. In addition, he has served as Treasurer and board member for Community Associations Institute, San Diego Jaguar Club, National Masters Racquetball Association, and San Diego Racquetball Association.
