Kvp Motor Vehicle Registry

I have to say that the people at this registry are very imcompetent. I have dealt with two clerks to obtain services and they were not familiar with the forms and processes. They kept providing different informations at several occassions. Most of all, I found that they didn't try to problem solve or help the situations. They were absolutely difficult and every one of them had different ideas as to what forms to fill out and what is required to complete services.
