EXTREMELY BAD service from Atelier G Paquette!!!
I described the problem with my NEW (only 15 months old) dishwasher on the online form on the website. The description was: "there was a burning smell, then it stopped and it doesn't turn on anymore". When the technician came, he asked me what the symptoms were. I replied the same. He didn't open the dishwasher and said they'll have to order the part: a "control board". So why didn't he bring the part if he could conclude with just my description? It's the same description I entered on their website! Then he billed me $ 150 (travel + 1 hour of work, which was 1 minute in fact but they round up). Nothing has been fixed! I asked, "But, aren't you opening it? At least to see if that's really the problem? He replies: "no, not necessary, we'll see nothing". I asked if I was going to have to pay for another trip when he would come back with the new part. He said yes, it will be another 150$, plus the price of the part (200$) , plus 60$ for the order and the shipping! 150+150+200+60=$560, which is almost the price of my brand new dishwasher. I was angry and called their customer service to complain, so they found the solution to get rid of me: They told me the part to order no longer existed and my file was now closed. I should have read other reviews!!! Go elsewhere!!!! I've never seen worse than this.

It is one thing to over charge for parts but I had an Evaporator Fan changed on my fridge and they charged me $157 for a Panasonic UDQT36EL3 / 241509402.. Being sold all over the internet for between $35-$50... Find another repair service that is honest and does not take advantage of you... They also charged $173.00 for 1/2 installation.....

Pas le choix car comerco les utilises pour la garantie prolongé. La pire cie que j'ai vu de ma vie, 3 visites et le laveuse à linge n'est toujours pas réparé. Service clientèle pourri et technicien incompétent. En plus la réceptionniste est arrogante. NE JAMAIS faire appel à eux
The worst company on the market! Took 3 months to repare my stove, ordered wrong pieces, bad services, not taking care of their clients.
La plus mauvaise compagnie sur la planette, techniciens incompetents, ils ont commandé les mauvaises pièces à changer, ils ont pris 3 mois avant de réparer mom four dû aux erreurs de leur technicien, mauvais service et ne prenne pas soin de leur clientèle.

We were forced to use Ateliers G. Paquette because of our purchased extended warranty. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are extremely unprofessional and have done more damage to my appliance then good. They have installed a new gasket on our fridge door 4 times because they haven't been able to do it right once. They installed a new Evaporator which now hums a morse code sound and smells like smoke when I open the door for too long. The customer service is the worst of it's kind. Really the worst repair guys I have ever dealt with in my life! Worst part is I know they are over charging the extended warranty company as well.
* A side note: the last 2 visits both technicians hurt themselves, one burnt his arm and the other cut his finger and bled all over my appliance and kitchen and didn't bother to clean it. We even had to give him bandages. Very unprofessional!

This is a terrible terrible company!!! I had to wait 6 weeks before my oven got repaired.
week 1 they send someone to look and leave to which he damaged it further
week 2 they have to send someone to come and look but only in 2 weeks. Meanwhile I have no oven whatsoever
