Terrible, terrible store; to be avoided by all means.
I spent $30,000 buying my appliances in this store. After numerous follow up with impolite employees, everything arrived way too late. I had to call thousand times and go there hundred times to get a date when my appliances would be delivered, but even that didn’t help considering incompetent employees and owner of this store. The fun part started after delivery, among 8 products that I have ordered, 4 of them required repairs. The freezer (sold at $10,000 !!!!) came with missing parts, and frosting since day 1. Believe it or not, after 3 months of having it and having 3 different companies to repair it, haven’t been able to use it for even 1 day. The oven has been making huge noise, after visiting two specialists, bunch of parts need to be changed inside the oven. It is still not fixed after 3 months !!! The fridge also has been making noises, but again after several intervention, it is still not fixed.
This store is a scam, nobody answers your calls or questions, they just charge you huge money and deliver you faulty products.
After several requests from the owner of store and him not caring at all about a client who spent over $30,000 to buy so many items, I havr involved my lawyer and I am sure they will pay the price.

I had a very different experience with Barry Adler, inquiring about a price quote online he contacted me immediately by phone and offered valuable advice in reference to the product I was inquiring about but when he asked me why I was replacing a4 yr old appliance he did not hesitate, knowing full well he would loose a sale, to redirect me the the appropriate web site to get my issue resolved with an appliance I did not buy at Almar! now that I think merits all 5 stars, never before has anyone ever been so openly frank about the realities of this industry, will definitely recommend and will purchase my next appliances at Almar..

Over promise under deliver....... Don't do business with this company they are clueless when it comes to customer service.
The worst experience ever. Barry Adler & his team of unprofessional sales people lag behind in understanding the customer journey in today's market. You might as well buy your appliances online & you'll have better price & a better customer experience. Almar is seriously out to lunch !
What a huge disappointment.....they don't seem bothered by their negligence & delivery errors.
