I had to keep returning to try on shoes because I had to order from catalogue. My first three choices were not available, so I settled for a pair of shoes I don't even wear. Also, I had to wait a very long time to get my orthotics back and they don't even fit.
I've always received great service and help at Stoney Creek Orthotics and would recommend them to anyone
