At Growing Rootz, we provide individual and family therapy as well as Sports & Mental Performance Therapy for athletes via telehealth utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach that employs a blend of multiple orientations and methods derived from evidenced based techniques such as Sports Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Anger Management, Strengths-Based, Behavior Management, Art Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Exposure Therapy. At Growing Rootz, our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to athletes, individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health issues.
