Really grateful that Johnny came out mere hours after request, that he clearly knew what he was doing, that he was determined to confirm that his initial fix solved the problem, and that he was wonderfully sincere and honest in his dealings with me! Would recommend to my friends.

Our first experience with "Johnny" was very positive. He called before coming, arrived when he said he would, calmly diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired our washing machine with parts that he had preselected and brought along. Even stayed for a chocolate chip cookie and a chat afterward. Recommended.
