I just simply wanted to say that we have had to buy parts for our stove, fridge and dryers in the past and Houles has always been top Notch for giving us advice and supplying us with the right parts. So often they have told us how to correct problems with our appliances over the phone and have made it so that they did not sell us extra parts for no reason. They are outstanding as far as customer excellence and their product knowledge! Always very impressed!
