The title is self explanatory. Off for a third time to see if Family Focus can get it right. I doubt they can.
Family focus eyecare has an exceptional team of optometrists. They are caring, professional, efficient and pleasent to interact with. However, the desk staff are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. The utter lack of customer service has completelyput me off of this establishment.
