Heritage Optometric Clinic

We have been clients of this clinic for many years and have purchased eyeware for my spouse and our son on many occasions.I feel that the treatment towards me at a scheduled appointment, in November changed immediately when I advised the receptionist that I was a recipient of Ontario Disability Support Payments. My spouse and I were told that they did not realize this appointment was covered by ODSP. We questioned, what difference that makes, the reply was that their scheduling would have been different. We feel that we were treated unfairly as the result of their lack of compassion and skill.All customers at any business deserves the same treatment,regardless of their ability to pay the extremely high prices charged for prescription eyeglasses, as imposed by Heritage Optometric Clinic.
Totally devastated by attitudes displayed by the staff.
