Herman Eye Care

I went in for my first eye exam in YEARS. Not only was the process thorough, it was all quick. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I was highly impressed with Dr.Tra's personality and friendliness and when it was time for me to pick out my glasses, he personally showed me where to go. When I asked for help, TWO of the staff members literally jumped to help me and I was beyond thankful for the lady that helped me. Her opinion on the frames I was trying on was honest and straight to the point. If they were too big, she simply told me they were too big. If they didn't suit me, she simply shook her head no. She brought out stock that wasn't even on the shelves. I had a pair picked out within minutes. THEN when it came down to the extras (anti-scratch, anti-glare etc etc) she was sooo honest it was unreal. She did not make me feel like I had to spend hundreds of dollars and she made me feel like I was getting my money's worth on the package that I picked out. I left more pleased than I have ever felt with any business and I HIGHLY recommend The Staff at Herman Eye Care in The Pas, MB :)
