Family Vision Clinic

my two daughters and i, all used the family vision clinics services including getting our eye exams and purchasing frames and lenses from them. There was a warranty for both of my children's frames, in May my oldest daughter had an incident at school and her glasses were broken beyond repair. My oldest daughter is on a medication that effects her eyesight so i figured ok ten days at the latest (which is when i was told, i could come back and get them) i did not think it would hurt her.... unfortunately she also has epilepsy, since the date i dropped off the glasses they have not been able to tell me where they are, when they are going to be repaired and today June 4 2015 i went in AGAIN (5 times at least) to try and find out about her glasses. I made it clear that she needs the glasses, she WAS 3 years seizure free.... now she is having tonic chlonic seizures again and they said "we will get on it tomorrow when our optometrist is here" I asked where they were and the receptionist told me "i don't know" I will never bring my business to them ever again.... sickening they are making a ten year old suffer and dodging all my questions.
