The General manager at your Erin Mills location in Mississauga was incredibly disrespectful. Not only does my experience make me never want to step foot in your stores again. It's actually made me want to advise everyone I know, work with to choose an alternate retailer. However, when I contacted customer care in regards to his conduct, both girls I spoke to were very respectful and my return was in fact authorized. It's sad I had to do that for a measly 300$. I worked in retail several years, not having a receipt does not translate to no return when the customer is able to provide multiple alternate proofs of purchase.
