My husband came home from his first visit to Hakim, incredibly impressed with the time and effort the owner put into fixing his glasses. He decided to order his next pair of glasses while he was there. When he received his glasses, there was a problem that was in no way Hakim's fault. The owner fixed the problem immediately, being far more gracious than we would have expected! Thank you so much!!!

My wife and I visited the Hakim Optical at 1895 Bank street in Ottawa in early March 2018 and made a decision on the spot to purchase our glasses from this store, the main reason is the level of service and knowledge shown by the sales lady named Gentiana.

She seems to be natural and kind and has a lot of experience in dealing with costumers and when we came back to do some adjustments to our glasses she new exactly what to do with a smile and happy to see her clients.

Overall experience with Gentiana is 5 stars plus, we recommend dealing with her.

My 80 year old mother has been a client of Hakim over 20 years and was always well served by company...However, one bad visit left her very upset and she was told she would have to spend an extra $350 to replace her new glasses. Luckily, we consulted another branch at bank and walkley and was very fortunate to have dealt with Mrs.Hwaida Fadul who listened and was committed to finding a solution. Her professional and compassionate approach was very appreciated. She took initiative to follow up with headquarters and provided excellent advice!!! She made a difference and brought a smile back to my mother's face. We will return to this location and recommend it to our family and friends for years to come..Thank you!!!
