Bad customer service, the receptionist has very poor attitude, didn't know the basic info for her store, she kept saying she is not an optician. The owner walked by us many times without acknowledging us or " smiling" like she claims on TV "don't be surprised if we greet u with a friendly smile" I didn't see any of that!!
Very poor customer service

My spouse and I walked into this shop, were pointed to the frame displays, then promptly ignored for the next 20-25 min. We walked out and they lost 2 new customers who have very costly prescriptions & excellent insurance. Guess we would've had to be there the day the TV commercial was being shot if we expected to experience service with a friendly smile... Oh well, their current & future loss.
