I purchased a clothes dryer several years ago and was totally satisfied with the price,the product, and the followup service. More recently I pruchased a dishwasher, and was equally satisfied all around.

I think that the way this family owned/operatred company is so succesful in competing with the big guns is that they carry only quality merchandise combined with excellent knowledge of their products, and are thus able to match their customers with the best suited product for their needs.
